A Time to Cook

Just have to share that last night’s ribeye with sides of steamed green beans and organic, steak-cut potatoes came out magnifique.  biggrin Gotta love the George Foreman grill.

On the menu today: crockpot chili.  It’s currently simmering and will be ready in about 4.5 hours.  The recipe used is basic and familiar, so this batch should hopefully turn out pretty good.

    Hearty and satisfying if not too inspiring. Yeah, my chili is boring. Gotta do something about that someday.
