Just have to share that last night’s ribeye with sides of steamed green beans and organic, steak-cut potatoes came out magnifique.
Gotta love the George Foreman grill.
On the menu today: crockpot chili. It’s currently simmering and will be ready in about 4.5 hours. The recipe used is basic and familiar, so this batch should hopefully turn out pretty good.
